Yes, of course you do and for so many reasons!

A pre purchase inspection is required during the cooling off or pre auction to determine if the house or property is too defective or not, you need one or you take a big risk.

You need a Qualified Building Inspector to check for any structural issues. Any structural issues may not be apparent to the untrained eye that that is where we come in.

If you purchase a home that does not conform with the Building Codes and Standards of Australia – you will be responsible for any costs to bring it up to the standard and building code of Australia.

Pre Purchase inspections will reveal any areas of your home that maybe be unsafe and have dangerous materials in your roof or walls. Finding these hazards could safe you from purchasing something that will be a headache and a waste of money in the future.

It is important to have a trained professional to thorougly inspect your possible future home or any common building faults.  Buying a house or property is a long term commitment and you need to know early if you’re making the right choice because if you don’t – you could be folking out $100s or even $1000s on repairs that your untrained eyes couldn’t see when you first purchased your home.

You need to get a Building and Pest Inspection because you need to know the condition of the house, making a informed decision is critical or you can be stuck with a lemon.
