You need a Qualified Building Inspector to check for any structural issues. Any structural issues may not be apparent to the untrained eye that that is where we come in.

If you purchase a home that does not conform with the Building Codes and Standards of Australia – you will be responsible for any costs to bring it up to the standard and building code of Australia.

Pre Purchase inspections will reveal any areas of your home that maybe be unsafe and have dangerous materials in your roof or walls. Finding these hazards could safe you from purchasing something that will be a headache and a waste of money in the future.

This depends on the size of your property.  Obviously it won’t be the same price to a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit and a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom with a pool.  Inspections range from $399-$799 depending on what type of inspection. We will be able to provide a quote at anytime.

It depends on how big the property is. Generally an inspection takes 1-1.5 hrs on site and another 2-3 hrs on the Computer afterwards to prepare the report.

However, it is important that we are not disturbed or distracted during this time.  Once the inspection is completed we do provide a thorough, easy to follow report and you are more than welcome to ask any questions at that point otherwise you can also request a phone call while waiting for the report.
